Prayer is grace. Prayer provides hope over powerlessness. Prayer can heal. Prayer doesn’t have to be only be done in a church, mosque or temple. It doesn’t have to always have a religious link.
Prayer can take you in a positive direction. I see it as the most ancient form of affirmation. It doesn’t have to be like you are begging a god sitting in the sky. It can one of the innumerable ways to connect to source or creative energy. It can be a complementary practice to yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
With your loved ones, prayer can help you focus on someone’s well being rather than complaining about them. It can help you focus on your family’s progress rather than worrying about them. It helps you bring light where all you can feel is darkness.
